Warranty & Repair Policy
Our Commitment to Quality
We take pride in sourcing and creating quality products. All of our products may be returned for replacement or repair due to a manufacturer’s defect within one year of the original purchase date with your proof of purchase. After one year, the item can be repaired or replaced with like-quality materials at an additional cost.
Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policy
Store stock Repairs
Retail Partners can request store stock repair envelopes from their wholesale rep. If you find an unsold piece that requires repair before it can be sold, clients can ship them to Head Office for repair. The wholesale client is responsible for the cost of shipping and Hillberg & Berk will cover shipping costs to send the repaired jewellery back.
We ask that all of our accounts send in each repair in their own repair envelope containing the information below:
- Company Name
- Date received
- Product code
- What repair or alteration needs to be done
It is very important that our accounts only put one repair per repair envelope to ensure proper tracking.
